Why send a view-once PDF

While a contract is still under approval, every copy in circulation is a risk: outdated versions become the final word for whoever received them, and the file stays in WhatsApp, in email and in cloud backups.

With view once, the document is read during the conversation and then disappears. That works for drafts, prices under negotiation, medical reports, personal documents and any paperwork that requires confidentiality.

How to send it step by step

The flow is the same as for photo, audio, video and text — no signup, nothing to install.

• At the content step, choose the PDF file option.
• Upload the PDF from your phone or computer — up to 10 MB per send.
• Pick the delivery channel: WhatsApp, anonymous SMS (Brazil) or email.
• Optionally, write a short message explaining what the person is about to open.
• Pay with Pix or card and the link is delivered right away.

What the recipient gets

The recipient only receives the link and your message — the file is never attached to WhatsApp, the SMS or the email, so no copy ends up in any inbox.

On opening, the PDF is displayed on the page itself, with no download button and with right-click, drag and save blocked. A countdown shows the remaining time within the 24 hours, plus a button to destroy the document immediately.

Limits, price and deadline

The limit is 10 MB per file, in PDF format. Sending a PDF costs the same as photo and text — without the surcharge applied to audio and video.

If nobody opens the link within 24 hours, the document is destroyed anyway. After the first open, not even you can reopen it: only the viewed status stays in your history.

Best practices for sensitive documents

Double-check the number or email before sending, tell the person the link opens only once, and avoid sending documents they need to keep — view once is for reading, approving and checking, not for archiving.
